About myself

I, Rajiv Kumar Agarwal, have rich experience of more than 37 years as an entrepreneur, business executive and social worker. Reform 4 better Governance - a not for profit organization was started by me to reform various systems and out dated laws and rules.

I am founder of Reform 4 better Governance - a not for profit organization networking people having fire to improve systems and society. I have filed over 50 RTI applications with various departments. The RTI Act is a good tool for people who want our country must have transparent working and an accountable government and its staffs.

My next initiative is to make CIC and government to wake up State Govt's and department to update websites. Many of us notice that many state sites are not updated.

Following states have implemented RTI Act. The availability of content on their websites is either not available or inaccessible:
1. Bihar (Nor prominently)
2. Gujarat
3. J& K
4. Jharkhand
5. Kerala
6. Lakshadeep
7. Manipur
8. Mizoram
9. Rajasthan
10. Sikkim
11. Tripura
12. U.P.
13. Uttaranchal

There is certainly a change in the national capital region in response to replying letter by govt departments. They now fear of RTI applications. Most of the officers want to destroy RTI initiative.
